Each race will be checked by the Director.
Every competitor can write an apeal to any other competitor, it does not matter in which class they drive.
Apeals can be submitted here or at the forum (http://balkan-raceroom.boards.net/thread/77/race-incidents-report-zalbe).
In any case, the appeal will be archived in the forum.
The deadline for appeal is 48 hours from the end of the race, approximately Tuesday at 21h.
The deadline for making decisions is 24 hours after the deadline for submit an appeal, approximately on Wednesday at 21h. All decisions will be posted on the forum, and the results confirmed on Thursday, no later than 18h. All directors' decisions that are not related to appeals will be posted the same on the forum.
In the case that there is no complaint and no decision of the director within the specified deadline, the results will be confirmed on Wednesday no later than 20h. All apeals must be in the following form
• the name and surname of the driver who file an appeal
• the name and surname of the driver to whom the complaint was filed
• incident time, event on which an appeal is filed (lap number or time from the beginning of the race)
• a precise description of the incident (video is optional).
