1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. The Digital Motor Sport Championship is a computer simulation competition, on simulation Raceroom , the organizer of the competition is AMSS, Balkan Raceroom League and Drzi Levo SIM.
1.2. Any one has the right to participate, and scoring will be performed only for participants from CEZ countries (Italy, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania, Malta)
1.3. Championship starts on May 5th 2019. and ends on November 24th 2019.
1.4. The championship consists of two parts, two championships. The points from both parts of the championship are summed up in the end and thus it gets 12 finalists who will participate in the finals at the Belgrade Sports Fair from November 22nd until November 24th 2019. The winners of the final competition, the first three, will be guests at the prize-giving ceremony of the annual awards of the SAKSS, and the winner will be guest at the AMSS night of champions.
1.5. The first part is a "multiclass" competition, and the details for the second part of the competition will be published as an addition to these regulations, until August 10th 2019.
1.6. Competition is held “ON LINE" thru Balkan Raceroom League server.
1.7. All the rules listed here may be modified in accordance with the development of the Raceroom game, as well as in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
1.8. Each competitor must comply with this regulations.
1.9. Behavior must be fair and sporty to every other competitor.
1.10. It is forbidden to insult opponents, swearing and dissemination of any hate.
1.11. It is forbidden to interrupt competitors during qualifications or races.

3.1. Calendar of the first part of the championship

4. CLASIFICATION

4.1. Points will be awarded for every Competition separately and points will be allocated as follows:

4.2. For pole position, in each class, competitor gets 1 point.
4.3. Winner of first part of championship is competitor who scores most points.

5. MOD

5.1. The mods in which the competition takes place in the first part are GT3 and BMW 235i Racing
5.2. Vehicles that participate in the GT3 Mode are:

5.3. Each competitor can choose one car, a certain number and can not be changed during the championship.
5.4. The mode in which the competitor started the championship can not be changed during the championship.

6. COMPETITORS

6.1. Everyone who applies for participation has the right to participate:

6.3. Applying for participation is free .

7. QUALIFICATIONS

7.1. Qualifications are held on Sunday starting at 8:00 pm.
7.2. Qualifications lasts 20 minutes.

8. RACE

8.1. The races run on Sunday, immediately after qualifying.
8.2. The races last 60 minutes.
8.3. One entry into “box” with a “pit stop” is required during the race.
8.4. Any setup of the car and changing the amount of fuel allowed.
8.5. During the race it was allowed to enter the box and to change tires and refuel.

9. SERVER

9.1. All races run through the server Balkan Racer League.
9.2. Server setup for race is:
• Difficulty: GetReal
• Fuel Usage: Normal
• Tyre Wear: Normal
• Mechanical Damage: On
• Damage: Realistic
• Qualifying: Unlimited laps, open session
• Formation Lap: No
• Type of Start: Standing
• Fixed Setups: No
• Flag Rules: Visual Only
• Cut Rules Penalties: In-Game, slowdown penalties
• Mandatory Pitstop: On
• Automatic Clutch: Allowed
• Automatic Gears: Allowed
• Weather: Default

• Practice 10 min. (unofficial time)
• Qualification 20 min. (from 20:00)
• Race 60 min.
9.3. Any form of "CHAT" on the server is forbidden.

10. RULES OF CONDUCT ON TRACK

10.1. During the overtaking, each competitor is obliged to show mutual respect and leave sufficient space to the competitors on the track.
10.2. The right to go through the curve first is a vehicle that tries to pass, if its front end is over half of the vehicle that he is passing.
10.3. It is forbidden to change the path in the braking zone more than once.
10.4. Changing the path repeatedly is not allowed.
10.5. Deliberate blocking and braking of other drivers is prohibited.
10.6. In the event of runing out of the track and returning to the track, the driver is obliged to let all the on comming vehicles whose movement would interfere with his return to the track pass.
10.7. Tracklimits are defined in the simulation itself and for disregarding them, the computer itself assigns a "SLOW DOWN" penalty. When slowing down due to penalty, the driver must not interfere with other drivers.
10.8. Drivers who are shown a blue flag are obliged to move to the on comming driver who is passing them for a round.
10.9. When rounding up for a round of two different classes, a driver of a slower class is obliged to keep the race track and to have clear and predictable behavior on the track, and a faster-class driver is obliged to perform the overtaking safely according to all the rules stated in this Regulation.
10.10. Blocking (defenses from overtaking) is forbidden when rounding up.
10.11. It is highly recommended to use the "CREW CHIEF" program.

11. INCIDENTS

11.1. "Incident" is any event of one or more drivers who have logged in the computer and / or have been registered by the driver to the stewards.
11.2. Incident includes the following categories:
• causing contact with another driver
• Throwing another driver off the track
• Improper passing prevention
• causing contact during passing
• unsafe return to the track
• writing messages during qualifications and races
• Insults and curses before, during and after the race

12. PENALTYES

12.1. Causing a massive accident at the start of a race - disqualifying the driver or taking 10 points from the current placement in the championship.
12.2. Causing the loss of the position of another driver by hitting, pushing, interrupting, deliberately slowing, and so on. - 3 seconds forever lost spot, at the final time.
12.3. Causing damage to another driver due to which the injured driver did not finish the race - 30 seconds at the final time.
12.4. Causing damage to another driver due to which the injured driver must go in boxing - 30 seconds at the final time.
12.5. Disregard of any flag - 5 seconds at the final time.
12.6. Intentional incitement of the incident - disqualification.
12.7. Any penalties given by the computer are valid as well as from the leadership of the race and must be respected
12.8. All decisions during the race are made by the director of the competition, Vukašin Tomić, sports official of AMSS.
12.9. All decisions on the appelas, if any, and the decision after the race brings tripartite Stewards.



13. APPEALS

13.1. Every driver has the right to report an incident, i.e. to make an objection to the Race Director within 24 hours of the end of the race.Incident se prijavljuje u pisanoj formi i to:
• name and surname of the complainant who lodges the complaint
• Name and surname of the driver to whom the complaint is lodged
• the time of the incident, the event on which the complaint is lodged (No. of the round or the time from the start of the race)
• a precise description of the incident
13.2. The incident is submitted, exclusively, to the forum and on the link:

14. AWARDS

14.1. For the first part of the championship for the first three places in each mode, the organizer is giving cups

15. OTHER REGULATIONS

15.1. For anything not provided for by these Rules shall apply tripartite decision of the Stewards.
15.2. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules with a prior announcement of a minimum of 10 days.
